1. About These Terms

These terms apply to appointments booked, and orders placed, through this website or through direct WhatsApp/email contact with Rosabella Fashion, Choice Centre Building, 19 Al Difaaf St, Doha, Qatar. By booking an appointment or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Appointments & Walk-Ins

Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours, and appointments can be booked through the website, WhatsApp, or by phone. We ask that you let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment.

3. Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders

Bespoke and made-to-measure pieces are cut and finished specifically for you based on your measurements and chosen design. Because of this, custom orders are generally final sale once production has started, except where the piece does not match what was agreed upon at your fitting, or has a manufacturing defect. Alteration visits are included as discussed with you at the time of your order.

4. Ready-to-Order (Shop) Items

For non-custom pieces ordered through the Shop page, exchanges or returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition. Please contact us on WhatsApp to arrange this before sending anything back. Return shipping costs (for international orders) are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices shown are in Qatari Riyal (QAR) unless stated otherwise. We accept cash and card in-store, and instant bank transfer via Fawran. Orders are confirmed once payment (or an agreed deposit) has been received; we'll confirm the exact amount and method with you directly before any payment is made.

6. Shipping & International Orders

We ship internationally. Shipping costs are quoted per order based on destination and are confirmed with you before your order is finalized. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their destination country — these are outside our control and not included in the item price or shipping quote.

7. Cancellations

Ready-to-order items may be cancelled before they ship; once an order has shipped, our standard exchange policy above applies instead. Custom/made-to-measure orders may only be cancelled before cutting/production begins — please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

8. Intellectual Property

Designs, photography, and content on this website belong to Rosabella Fashion and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
