Most bespoke pieces take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and the season. Bridal gowns and heavily detailed pieces can take longer — we'll give you a clear timeline at your consultation.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is typically required to begin work on a custom piece. The exact amount is confirmed with you at your consultation before any order begins.
Can pieces be altered after delivery?
Yes — minor alterations are available. Let us know as soon as possible after your fitting so we can schedule the adjustment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping cost is quoted per destination — message us with your country for an estimate.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Both work — walk-ins are always welcome during opening hours, and appointments are available if you'd like a guaranteed private fitting slot.
